The inspiring rags-to-riches tale of Sarathbabu
Very interersting . One thing I would like to point out is that “My mother was my inspiration” may look good emotioanlly but may not be sustainable in the long run. Most entreuprenurs are successful becasue their inspiration comes from within and they have passion for what they are doing. Some of them have to work 18 hurs in the beginning and such an effort is possible only if you enjoy what you are doing reasonably at least.
Good initiative. Best of luck to him.
Hiren, interesting comment.
My inspiration is also my father. It not only makes sense emotionally to say so – but also makes business sense! As a youngster I remember wishing my dad wasn’t an entrepreneur. Simply because my family had some insecure times (mixed with plenty of good ones) while other kids who were part of the salaried class did not. Today, not only do I understand my Father (& business cycles) better – I am willing to rough out the troughs in business taking courage after him. So inspiration from elsewhere is indeed sustainable in the long run.
